Warrior Broth
2 medium carrots, one large camas bulb or one small onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 stalk celery, fresh mushroom to your liking. 1 tbsp yarrow, 1/2 tbsp Usnea, 1/2 tbsp Arbutus bark, 4 tbsp Bull Kelp, 1 tbsp Nori, 1 tbsp Ulva seaweed, 1/2 tsp Reishi powder, 10 black peppercorns, add 8 cups of water. Cover and let simmer for min 2 hours, strain broth. Sip in between meals, a cup before bedtime or add in place of water when making rice or soups. You can also add butter or ghee with corn starch and enjoy some gravy.
